About this service

MGC Tracking is a fleet-management service operated by Mansoorah Group of Companies (“MGC”). It is intended for authorized organizational users and company-managed vehicles.

Information processed

Depending on an authorized user's role, the service may process account details, access permissions, vehicle registration information, tracker and SIM identifiers, precise vehicle location and route history, driver and trip assignments, stops, speed and distance measurements, trip expenses, notes, selected receipt files, and security or audit records.

Vehicle location is supplied by GPS trackers installed in managed vehicles. The Android application does not request the phone's location, contacts, camera, microphone, advertising identifier or device IMEI.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate authorized users; operate live tracking, route history, reports, commands and trip management; administer role-based access; protect the service; investigate faults or misuse; and meet legitimate organizational or legal recordkeeping requirements.

Providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by contracted infrastructure providers used for application hosting, databases and GPS tracking. MGC Tracking does not sell personal information and the Android application contains no advertising SDK. Information may be disclosed when authorized by MGC, required by law, or necessary to protect users, vehicles, the service or legal rights.

Security and retention

The Android application requires encrypted HTTPS connections and the service uses role-based access controls. Information is retained according to MGC's operational, security and legal requirements; periods may differ for account, location, trip, expense and audit records.

User requests

Accounts are issued and managed by authorized MGC administrators; the application does not provide public self-registration. Authorized users can request access, correction, disabling or deletion through their MGC Tracking administrator, subject to organizational and legal retention requirements. Children and changes

MGC Tracking is an organizational fleet-management service and is not directed to children. This policy may be updated when the service, data practices, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain on this page.
