For authorized MGC Tracking users
Administrator-managed accounts
MGC Tracking does not offer public account registration. Accounts are created, assigned and controlled by authorized Mansoorah Group of Companies administrators.
Request access, correction or deletion
Contact your authorized MGC Tracking administrator and provide the name and login email associated with your account, the company or fleet group, and the request you want completed. Do not send your password, tracker token or database credentials.
What happens next
The administrator will verify the requester's identity and authority before changing or deleting data. Some vehicle history, trip, expense, command, security or audit records may be retained where MGC has an operational, safety, contractual or legal requirement.
Removing access immediately
If an account may be compromised, ask an authorized Super Admin to disable it and revoke its sessions immediately.
